In 2008, Carlos expanded his culinary vision by launching a cafe meal prep at Trophy Fitness, offering convenient, nutritious meals tailored to active lifestyles. Building on that success, he later founded his own meal prep business, creating customized meal plans designed around individual tastes and dietary needs.
